Oak

Inspired by the majestic oak trees that grace all corners of our little island. Lone survivors at the edge of fields, thick-trunked and majestic; on windswept mountain-sides, gnarled and twisted into wiry contortions, living sculptures; or in the small pockets of untouched forests left to us, radiating peace and the solemn sense of deep time. Every one of them beautiful, their roots and branches reaching back to a history unknown to us now.

The two rings shown here are a 3mm wide band and a 5mm wide band, made in recycled silver. But I can make this style in any width you like. The surface is naturally satinised by the hammer head that I use to create the pattern, but I could polish the surface to give it a shinier appearance. The satin look would remain, but the whole ring would become shinier.

I can make these rings in silver, 9 carat, or 18 carat yellow gold, rose gold or white gold. I can also use gold you've inherited, if you prefer. Or a mix! The beauty of a truly handmade ring is that I have total control over your metal, it's never sent away to a third party, so that means we can use it exactly as you want to.
